Cards from Lori Alderete's SU! Workshop...

Hello...

I thought I'd share the cards we did this past weekend at Lori Alderete's Stampin' Up! Workshop.

The first card was cased from one of my dear friends, Lori Tecler. You can view the original on her blog . Thanks for the inspiration Lori.

The Stampin' Up! ingredients used to make this card are as follows:
STAMPS: Flight of the Butterfly
CARD STOCK: Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Very Vanilla
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: Bella Rose
CLASSIC INK: Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red
ACCESSORIES: 5/8" Pink Pirouette Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Snail Adhesive, Sticky Strip

The second card we did was created by me. I opened up my new package of 'Sweet Always' designer series paper and was instantly inspired to create the following card...

The Stampin' Up! ingredients used to make this card are as follows:
STAMPS: Eastern Blooms, Say it with Scallops (this years Ronald McDonald House Stamp Set)
CARD STOCK: Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Regal Rose, Whisper White
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: Sweet Always
CLASSIC INK: Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose
ACCESSORIES: Scallop Square Punch, 1/16" Circle Punch, Rhinestone Circle Fire Brad, 1" Chocolate Chip Double-Stitched Grograin Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive, Sticky Strip

The pictures above really don't do the cards justice. They both look much nicer, with richer colors in person. Doesn't the second card remind you of Baskin Robbins??? Mmmm... ice cream!
Until next time...
Cherise :)
