Stampin' Up! has announced the following:


"PRICES IN THE NEW CATALOG


We are excited for the debut of the Spring-Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog! We know how much you anticipate seeing the new products and samples in each publication, and you don't have long to wait before you can see what this catalog offers. We want to make you aware of one thing you'll see when the new catalog arrives-- prices have increased on a few select products.


This is not a catalog-wide, across-the-board increase. Most prices remain the same. With certain accessories (such as Stampin' Mist), the price increased because the costs of materials, production, and delivery have increased. Here's an example of price changes you'll see.

• Die-cut stamp sets. Although we have been introducing die-cut sets into the past several catalogs, many of the sets remained square cut. For this catalog, we've transitioned to an almost exclusive die-cut offering. (Mini alphabets and background stamps are not die cut.) Sets that made this transition have been priced accordingly because of the increased benefits including the ease of assembly.
• Classic Stampin' Pads and refills. The price on this product was increased by the vendor. Although the price for individual ink pads and refills has increased, please not that the price of the Classic Pads in the color families remains the same. Purchasing ink pads in color families is a better deal than ever!"

What does this mean for you?
If you would like to purchase any of the affected items, I would do so before January 19th when the price increase will be in effect.


The die cut stamp price increases are on a case by case basis according to the individual stamp set. If you want me to look up a new price for you I can just email me.


As for the Classic Ink Pads and Refills...

• The individual Classic Ink Pads have increased to $5.95 (old price $5.25 ... a $ .70 increase).
• The individual Classic Ink Refills have increased to $2.95 (old price $2.75 ... a $ .20 increase).

A side note...
I have received my shipment of the new 2009 Spring-Summer Idea Book & Catalogs. If you pre-ordered one they have already been shipped to you, or are waiting for you to pick them up. If you didn't pre-order one, and would like to, simply email me and I'll send you a paypal invoice, and will get one to you right away. The cost is $5.00 for the catalog and an additional $2.50 if it needs to be mailed to you. This is a great deal as the catalog retails for $9.95!

Another Creation...

From the Love You Much Bundle...


I still didn't use the new punch on this card... Oh wait! I did! The Heart to Heart Punch punches out three hearts at once. It's very cool! I only used the smallest punched heart on this card though. I did use the same birds as last time. I think I like them. :) What do you think? I guess I'll have to make another card with the bundle and be sure to use all the punch hearts on that one. For now enjoy this creation!

A Couple of Christmas Cards to Share...

Hello...


I wanted to share a couple of the cards class participants completed at my November 8 stamp class with you.


The first card is a "Snowman Shaker Card".


These cards turned out so cute and were fun to make too! The snowflake button that's attached at the bottom was just one I had laying around. I really think it completes the card. All the ingredients, except for the button, acetate and foam tape, are from Stampin' Up!
